Senior Priest Toryo Ito of Kyoto’s oldest Zen temple (Kenninji Ryosokuin in Gion) is stepping outside the Temple confines to teach Zen meditation for the first time ever in a hotel (FUYA II’s TATAMI SALON). The one-hour workshop in English is an opportunity to focus on your conscious awareness, your body and your mind.
