Detail You can learn how to cook the traditional home style cooking of Kyoto called 'Obanzai'.
This is ENSO ANGO original special plan. In this class, using "Katsuo-bushi" which is dried bonito is the most important thing to make the "Obanzai".
You can try shave dried bonito, and it will be a basic taste of Obanzai.
They offer you to take healthier food for your beautiful body and mind.

Instructor "Sumaya Traditional Kyoto-style Cooking School" is started up by Hiroko Fujita, the 4th-generation owner of Kyoto cuisine restaurant "Sumaya" established in 1935, in order to hand down the taste and the philosophy of "Sumaya" to others.
She and other staffs kindly teach you how to cook delicious and healthy food eliminating chemical seasoning as much as possible.
